A Few Tips About Crossfit From San Diego's Coach Gracie V

Gracie V says to make sure you have a good coach who puts your needs first. Make sure the gym's coaching staff is invested in you. The gyms atmosphere can make or break your experience. 


New to Crossfit? WOD stands for workout of the day. Here at Crossfit DCS we create our own workouts and post them on our site daily. Check them out here:   

Classes are structured around the WOD. Our classes include warm-up followed by skill work and/or weightlifting and usually end with the WOD. After the WOD, there's usually some sort of cool-down/stretching and mobility session.
